All fixtures are designed to transfer a given part or parts into a specific position accurately time after time.
Through lessons learned and specific design criteria we are producing fixtures that are interchangeable allowing the customer the flexibility to run numerous jobs in a single fixture.
We will typically build a master fixture that will be kept at Met-L-Tec and will match the customer’s fixture.
This will allow the customer to have new tool built or repair an existing tool without shipping fixtures back and forth or shutting production down.
